I made a few batches this week and that stuff ROCKS. It tastes so much better than fondant and holds up so well. I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner. It's so much easier to make than fondant and gumpaste too!

Do you have instructions how to make it? Did you just add corn syrup to melted chocolate? I made it twice and both time...hard as a rock!

You have to work it a little bit...for me I have to keep a cold pack out sometimes because the warmth from my hands melts the stuff. Other than that, once you play with it for a bit it's great stuff! I keep a wet washcloth next to me too in order to wipe off my fingers because it can get a little sticky.

I haven't tried it in place of fondant yet...any tips OP? TIA! icon_biggrin.gif
