I am doing a cake with a lot of gumpaste decorations on it, but because of the cake fillings, it must be refrigerated. I know that fondant doesn't do well in the fridge, but how about gumpaste? Will it stay firm and look good when it comes out of the fridge?

I do it all the time and I have no problems. Make sure your gumpaste is really dry first. That's the key.

You definitely can. I do it all the time and have no issues.
