I'm in a town just a little smaller than yours, but next to a bigger metro area. According to the charts I use, the 6" square has 18 servings and the 8" square 32 servings for a total of 50 servings. My basic price for fondant is $3.50 per serving, plus I'd charge extra depending on the size of the bows -- $175 minimum. This price is pretty much in the middle for my area.

Hope this helps!
