Thank you destyrn.... the quilter puts the lines on the fondant and does indent it a bit, but the larger toothed stitch wheel REALLY puffs it out. I think having the normal layer of icing with the thin fondant also helps with the puffiness. If you want me icing recipe, I'm happy to share it.
I was wondering if you have ever substituted a jam or a curd for icing? Also, I would love to try your recipe if you are sharing!
