CC is acting funny once again, so i can't read any of the previous threads on this subject! So, don't get irritated and say "there are already threads about this!!!" icon_rolleyes.gif

Here's the situation: I have 3 cakes to do around the time of my daughters bday(including hers), but, I wanted to make cupcakes for her to share with her kindergarten class. If i baked the cupcakes this weekend....It would be about 3wks from now(taking the cupcakes to school). Would the cupcakes still be tasty after being frozen for 3wks? Also, should i ice after they thaw?

Several of the ladies freeze uniced cupcakes for months, Just make sure they are sealed very well, and they'll be fine, ice when they come out! They say they taste just as yummy as fresh baked!

Thanks again!!!
