I need suggestions for a filling that will be safe and stable enough to sit unrefridgerated for a almost a whole day. This is the first wedding cake i have ever done, they are not particular on what filling i use but the cake has to be delivered in a.m. and will not be cut until the evening. Help!

Thank you for you response

What flavor of cake are you making?

You could always buy the sleeves of filling. They come in all different flavors. They don't have to be refrigerated. Once you open the sleeve, then the sleeve has to go in the fridge, but the cake (with the filling) doesn't go into the fridge. I get mine from www.CountryKitchensa.com

Just go to the search button and type in fillings and it will bring them up. =o)
