I am making my sons birthday cake, and it is going to be a 3-D bear cake sitting on top of an 8 inch cake. I'm thinking I need more of a pound cake for the 3-D bear part. Does anyone have any recipes that they could recommend? I'm looking for something good, but more on the plain side! It will be frosted in regular buttercream and MMF.
