Wow..They are Beautiful!! They look real! You steamed them..Wouldn't it cause them to wilt or melt?Does it help the dust stick?

Lovely..Lovely!!

Steaming flowers after they've dried and applying pearl dust gives them that realistic dewey look.

The flowers are perfect!

Is a light steam what you do, basically this settles the color and instensifies it. If you steam it to much it will make the flower too wet.

They are beautiful. Very well made. But if I could just make a comment... I would have added a bit of colour to the calyx (green bit at the bottom of the roses). They are gorgeous.

Regarding the steaming... you only pass them through the steam quickly so the dust blends in and gets a nice sheen to it.

Your daughters wedding cake is going to look stunning.

I did dust the calyx with avocado green luster dust.....should I use a different color???

I used avocado green with a hint of forest green to get the color for the calyx. I could not find moss green...then used the luster dust.

I appreciate all the advice. Thanks!
