just checking out the recipe section for a GOOD sugar cookie recipe. I do cakes, but sugar cookies are my favorite. i am assuming the NFSC abbreviation i see on here is the No Fail Sugar Cookie recipe from this site? I'm really looking for one that hold's it shape during baking and comes out as beautiful as it does going in!
Definitely use the NFSC! Roll it out between 2 sheets of parchment and pop it in the fridge to firm up. After cutting your cookies, pop then in the freezer for a few minutes. The colder they are, the more crisper your shapes will be... no spreading!
