Busy Combination????

Hi All,

Does anyone think that a white and chocolate marble cake with raspberry filling, buttercream icing drizzled with ganache too busy? Customer wanted the filling but she asked me if the ganache would be too much. I couldn't answer because I hate raspberry anything so therefore I've never had the combo. Sorry for the runon sentence icon_redface.gif

Many times we hav4e to do what a customer askes even if we don't like it. I would *love* such a combinationicon_smile.gif

The cake that is my most often requested is a cake that is chocolate for 2 layers and white for 1 with raspberry IMBC with BC frosting covered in ganache with a imprinted chocolate wrap around it with dipped strawberries on top. Mmmmmmm nothing tastes better!!!!

Its a relatively easy cake to make, just time consuming to make all the different parts. icon_smile.gif
