Hey guys, if anyone is interested within the next 2 months I will finally after a year of renting will have my own small kitchen to work from but not a store front. Which is how I prefer to work anyways. Don't want the added stress of regular hours and what not.

Depending on how things go I may rent the kitchen out in my down time which would more than likely be after 4 or 5 in the evenings. The rate would be $300 per month. You would have 7 day access but it would have to be worked around my hours. Which would mostly run 7 am - 4 or 4:30. And you could use the place all day on Sundays and possibly Mondays. The rent would be payable in advance each month.

You would be required to have:
Your own business license
Food handler permit
Your own supplies (pans, cooking supplies)
You would also need to bring in your own storage cabinet with a lock for all your things
Business insurance
You also would not be allowed to bring clients onsite. You would need to deliver or meet your clients to deliver your cakes and for consultations. I don't want the added extra insurance expense of having other peoples clients onsite. Also when you represent yourself you would not be allowed to tell your clients that you rent from my business. I don't want my cakes or yours to be mistaken in the event that something should go wrong with an order on your end or mine (if that makes sense) you could tell your clients that you rent commerical kitchen space from a private commerical kitchen.

The kitchen will be located on a busy road. Hwy 78 in Sumiton Al. Which is 35 miles from downtown Birmingham Al. If interested let me know and I'll get back with you afer I get the kitchen up and running which should be within the next 2 months. You can PM me if you are interested icon_smile.gif
