So, I see so many cupcakes that are all nice and even, same height etc.

What do you use to measure the amount of batter in each cc paper?

I am doing my first cc order on 4/4 and I want them to be perfect!

Thanks!

I use an ice-cream scoop or a 1/4 cup measure. Whichever is handy at the time.

I use a leveled 2 oz ice cream scoop. You can also use 1/4 cup scoop. I level to insure the same amount of batter in each. Any more than that seems to be too much.
