When I attempt to upload some of my pics. I get the following message "bmp files not allowed." Does anyone know why and how I can fix them so that they can be uploaded to cc? Thanks

Open them in paint and resave them as a jpeg file. When you go to save them it will have the place to type the file name and then below it a drop down menu that will allow you to change the file type....this is where you choose jpeg.

a .bmp is a type of photo file, but it has to be a .jpeg or .gif to be uploaded. Are you using Windows? A PC? If so, right click on the photo, choose open with, then Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Click on the save icon. In the dropdown by File Type, make sure it say .jpeg. Name it and save.
