Aw Siany the looker afterer in me wants to say don't go, stay in and look after yourself but the mam in me says "aw bless, carols, awwww!" :-)

I know Maisie, if I didn't have to drive I wouldn't think twice but I struggled driving them to school and mostly struggled with breaking so I torn. It might be fine but what if something happens and I have to do an emergency stop I can't do :/

AHaha, dick monkey! :P

Slice of Heaven, I'm gonna call you slice from now on lol... Sorry Slice but buttercream is made using butter. I use salted. Margerine in buttercream is vile in my opinion. It' should be called margerinecream! It's on the same par as making a box cake for me and then decorating it and selling it!

Of course these are just my opinions :)

ACould you get a lift from one of the other parents Siany? Or one of your family or friends? I think you should stay home if it means having to drive tbh. It's better to be safe than sorry and there will be other concerts. I'd be torn too tho, it's a tough one isn't it.

Oh for heaven's sake.

I bought an FPC seashell mould last week.  It was delivered.  But can I find the blerdy thing???????

I've emptied the drawer where I would have/should have put it and it's not there.  I'm at a loss and I NEED it!!!!!!

2 weeks 4 days until my son's Bar Mitzvah....  I still haven't got an evening dress I love (I have one I don't hate, but I don't love it...  If I find anything else I'll send it back, but at least I've got it in case...)

I'm a woman on the edge, I tell ya!

My edible image printer is having a hissy fit and hubby going straight from work to a school governor's meeting, so it won't be done today.

I've got to finish the cake for my friend's son's Bar Mitzvah this weekend.

Then I've got to decorate my son's cake (3 tiers, but top two tiers are dummies)  and then make and decorate 134 cookies (using as name place cards!!)

And make some cakes and biscuits for after the synagogue service.

Oh, and clean and tidy the house from top to bottom.

No there isn't anyone, I also have basty with me so car seats would be an issue. My husband is going there straight from work. I might just risk it. I don't want to miss it for them.

ASuzanne, i'm exhausted listening to that. I thought I did well, made a 10" it's Crumbcoated, covered, the boards covered, and i've made 72 tiny Holly to go around my 12"tier, and rolled tiny red balls for the middle, having a cupper now with a very sneezy gumpaste John, bless him.

AAw poor Suzanne! Leave the baking, ignore the housework, leave the family to fend for themselves, come to Ireland and be Grapies with us! :-D

Siany if Mr Siany is going I'd say stay home with basty and look after yourself. At least they'll have one of you there. You don't want to end up in an even worse state do you? That'll be worse for the kids than not having both of you there in the long run.

Was able to pipe/extrude tiny writing! and it looks quite neat for me! haha! I will post a pic later (if I finish it!)

AOk, i've decided my gerbera's aren't really gerbera's, more dahlia's , oddly enough tho I did follow GlobAl Art tutorial, but not gonna change them now as they are rock hard.

Not entirely happy with what going on the top but it is what she wanted, some pink flowers.
