So I usually just sell cakes, but today I had a request for 50 cupcakes. The girl is doing a barnyard themed party for her 2 year old. She wants plain cupcakes with vanilla & choc. buttercreme.

She wants fondant animals on the top of some, and small fondant accents on others. She also wants a small top cake like the one in the picture.

Could anyone help me out with the price for the cupcake with figure and maybe if anyone has just charged for the figures?> She may make the cupcakes herself and just buy the fondant figures.

Here is a pic she sent me.

Thanks!

I recently saw this design in a book which showed you how to make all the animals etc.. I wish I could remember what book it was - if I can find it Ill post it. THis photo is either from the book or a reproduction by a baker.

Those figures are pretty detailed. You should charge AT LEAST $2.50 per figure.
What number were you thinking of charging?
