press your fondant or gumpaste in to the mold then freeze it, after it has frozen for about 10 to15 minutes it should pop out with no problems. Just don't over handle when it comes out of the mold cause of the condensation leave it till it starts to dry.

I use those molds all the time. For less deep molds knead in some crisco into the fondant then mold, press in well, undmold. But for deeper cuts like roses with deep petals or the face molds where the details are important, I do as peg818 said...press into mold, freeze for 20-30 minutes, then unmold, It will hard at first and a bit tacky. Let sit until it is warm again, and handle very little! It works EVERY time.

I use a dusting of corn starch so molds don't stick. icon_rolleyes.gif
