My son is turning 15 on Friday and would like a Snickers Cake with his friends. He would like it to be a round chocolate cake, but make it a Snickers cake.

Recipes I'm finding don't have cake - just chocolate wafers, chocolate ice cream and nuts and caramel together. He wants the real deal (with a real cake). With a huge cake order already for Sunday, I'm desperate. Please help if you can!

Thanks!

Bake round chocolate cake.

In a round pan lined with plastic wrap with enough hanging over to wrap over the top of the icecream, put in a layer of a caramel or dulce de leche swirl ice cream (or vanilla if you don't have either of those) that has softened at room temp just enough to spread it around in the pan evenly.

Add a layer of caramel mixed with roasted peanuts. Top with another layer of ice cream. Cover with the excess plastic wrap and freeze about 30 minutes.

Remove icecream layer from freezer.

Sandwich it with the chocolate cake like this: chocolate cake, caramel mixed with roasted peanuts, ice cream, caramel mixed with roasted peanuts, chocolate cake.

Wrap the whole thing in plastic wrap and freeze overnight.

The next day, remove from freezer and pour chocolate ganache over the cake.
Allow ganache about 5 min to set up a bit and then return to freezer.

Remove from freezer about 10 min before serving to make cutting easier.

HTH!
