Does Michele not use Marshmallows in her fondant? Its not in her recipe anywhere but I didn't know if I was supposed to just know this.

No, you're right - there are no marshmallows in Michele Foster's fondant as opposed to Marshmallow Fondant - same initials - different recipe. When you see MMF here, people are referring to marshmallow fondant, which obviously does have marshmallows in it. Clear as mud?
