Does anyone know a good instructional book/DVD available to learn how to do pulled & blown sugar? Or know where to find instructional books on this "Lost Art" I would love to be able to learn this for my cakes. I have looked in local book stores. and they have nothing.

You can get a tutorial by going online and googling pulled or blown sugar. Wilton also offers an in house class on it. I took it at the Wilton School. SO MUCH FUN!!! Of course, I don't have fingerprints anymore! LOL

Here is the link for your instuctional video. Albert Uster Imports is the sponsor of Edwald Notter and his school here in Orlando. They also have the sugar supplies but you may want to look at Chef Rubber for supplies also.
