"Which ones are MY cookies?"

Thread Starter
Like all of you during this busy holiday, every day I bake bake bake. Every night, my husband asks, "Which ones are MY cookies?", as he knows he can't touch anything that intended to give to someone. As a joke, I made these cookies and put them in with all the other cookies. When he went to the cookies to ask his daily question, he found these in the mix of cookies icon_biggrin.gif Bless their hearts. All our husbands have been so patient with us this month.

How funny! I bet it brought a smile to his face when he saw "his" cookies.

What a lucky husband you have!!!! He has a wife who can bake tasty things, who has a sense of humor, and who cares about his happiness. What more can a guy ask for?!

My husband gets to eat the "annual uglies", which are the cookies that don't quite meet gift giving status.
Beautiful job on Jack's cookies.

hehehehe, and I thought I was the only one who had a DH asking this? He was so happy I was doing a cookie tray for a client last night, because he had tons of leftover cookies to eat. He asked later "do you want dessert", I said nah do you, he said I had a cookie or 2 or 5... hehehehehehehehe!

Your post gave me a good laugh. I love the cookies by the way. Hmmm i hear those same words nightly too...I also hear, "any duds?" what's with these men?lol ;0)
I've baked a tonne this year and I still have some cookies left. My husband will be thrilled tonight when i say..."the rest are yours". I've done up my tins, cookie platters and they are full as can be. In fact next year i think i will bake less. Some days he's more patient then others, some days he complains like a baby when i don't give him a cookie. I can't believe he still likes them as much as he does. For me, i can't even bring myself to have one..i'm so tired of looking at them, smelling them...great diet! I wish that worked with other food as well.

Thanks for sharing those adorable cookies. I may just have to do something similar next year too for DH.
