I did a cupcake wedding this past summer, the B&G were from CA, we chose several different flavors, some I had Fed Ex shipped to sample them. They decided on a Gingerbread cake w/lemon bc & candied lemon peel for garnish, chocolate w/mocha bc & strawberry garnish, and a strawberry cake w/strawberry bc w/strawberry garnish.
I made at least 1 doz extra for them to be sure that they did not run out. Everyone raved, total made was 250. That is when my DH made my 1st Cupcake Tower Stand.

As for the wedding colors, you could always use ribbon in the same colors to wrap around a crisp/clean white cupcake wrapper w/ a little bow tied to the front.
