I have a set of Patchwork Cutters poinsettia cutters and was wondering if anyone happened to have a picture or perhaps instructions from one of the Patchwork Cutters books. I can't find any good pictures of cakes using these cutters!

This set is used in book 8. If someone could scan & email me the info, I would be FOREVER grateful! icon_smile.gif cakepro at comcast dot net

Thanks!!

You could use the cutters to emboss the cake and then add texture with brush embroidery http://www.bakedecoratecelebrate.com/techniques/brushembroidery.cfm

This is a cake I made last year with this cutters

They work very well with the mexican paste recipe which comes with the cutters.

Hope, that helps...

Haha, go figure - I had the Christmas Rose set, not the poinsettia set!

Pippi, that cake is beautiful!

Thanks for your input, all. icon_smile.gif
