I'm pretty new to cake sculpting. I need a really yummy cake recipe that I can make at least a day ahead that is moist and will stand up to sculpting. I see the recipe titled, "Durable Cake for 3D and Wedding Cakes." Any opinions? Also any "can't miss" fillings? It will probably only be a two-layer cake. I appreciate all comments!

My favorite fillings:
Fond of the strawberry and raspberry sleeved pastry fillings....

(This is even better with any of the sleeved fruit pastry fillings on top.)
