Hi
I am looking for a Moist Coconut cake (from scratch) for one of the tiers for a Wedding Cake.
Problem being I need the recipe in either ounces or grams, not cups.
Also with no Coconut Essence as I can't buy it.
Thanks for anyone that can help

What I do is use my favorite white cake recipe and substitute coconut milk (not the low fat kind) for the milk in the recipe. Of course, I add coconut extract too, but have done it without and it's pretty darn good.
