Before I started cake decorating, my friend got me an umbrella shaped cake for my bridal shower. It was so pretty and looked awesome. Since I've been cake decorating for a few months now, that same friend asked me to make an umbrella cake for a shower she is giving. Does anybody know how to do these (ex. what size/shape pan do I use, etc)? I need some kind of instructions and/or pictures. I thought I saw one on this site before, but now I can't find it.

Go to http://www.cakedentral.com/modules/Pans/instructions/2105-22935Shower Umbrella.PDF-thats where I found the directions-you can download them from there OR just hit the tab above on Wilton pan instructions and type in umbrella-it may say not found but then it will come up again if you go to U...hope that helps!
