Ok, I am making a 3 tier cake for my mom's 60th birthday on November 15th. I really want it to be extra special so I wanted to make all 3 tiers different flavors and not chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. I want maybe a good spice or pumpkin cake recipe, a german chocolate cake or dark chocolate, and maybe a coffee or cappuccino cake recipe. Do you think 3 recipes like that would be ok? I have just started baking cakes so I am also going to post a request for pictures of square tier cakes. Any ideas? TIA for your help!

I think the flavor combinations sound good, you could also throw in something like a raspberry or rum cake, just to be a little bit different
