9x13 quarter sheet will serve 24 2x2 pieces
12x18 half sheet will server 54 2x2 pieces
18x24 full sheet will serve 108 2x2 pieces

What do you call a half and what do you call a full sheet ...... even those in the industry have trouble agreeing on what is what. 
How big are you planning on cutting the pieces? The good news is on a rectangle sheet, you can just do the math to figure it out.
11x15, when cut in the standard 2x2x2 (single layer) means the cake will be cut in approx 5 rows by 7 columns = 35 pcs.
12x18, when cut in the standard 2x2x2 (single layer) means the cake will be cut in approx 6 rows by 9 columns = 54 pcs.
