How big of a cake should I use to feed about 25 people, half or full sheet?

9x13 quarter sheet will serve 24 2x2 pieces
12x18 half sheet will server 54 2x2 pieces
18x24 full sheet will serve 108 2x2 pieces

What do you call a half and what do you call a full sheet ...... even those in the industry have trouble agreeing on what is what. icon_biggrin.gif

How big are you planning on cutting the pieces? The good news is on a rectangle sheet, you can just do the math to figure it out.

11x15, when cut in the standard 2x2x2 (single layer) means the cake will be cut in approx 5 rows by 7 columns = 35 pcs.

12x18, when cut in the standard 2x2x2 (single layer) means the cake will be cut in approx 6 rows by 9 columns = 54 pcs.
