I am planning to use some melting chocolate wafers in little flower moulds as decorations on a birthday cake for Friday. I was wondering how far in advance I can make them and if they should be frozen or refridgerated untill Friday.

Unless it is hot where you are, it is not necessary to refrigerate for storage. Just protect them from dust and excessive heat.

Nova Scotia is pretty chilly right now so I guess I don't need to. Thanks a million.
