Okay CC friends I need help! I have a customer who requested a Fall cookie bouquet. She sent me the below picture as "inspiration" and mentioned that she really likes the purple cookie, but everything else is up to me.

So, what tip do I use? I thought that I would be able to make this cookie and use some purple fondant that I already have made (and it's the perfect shade) but I don't think that is going to happen. I have tried a couple of different tips that I have but nothing is working out.

Any suggestions on what tip to use and or how to make the cookie and use the fondant I already have? icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks in advance!!!

The purple flower uses the rose petal tip.

Hmmm...I thought that I tried the rose tip (I played around with a couple from my collections) and it didn't look like that! Maybe I held it at the wrong angle? icon_sad.gif

It looks like a round tip, maybe a 5 or 12. Start in the centre, pull evenly and stop. That's how you get that little point at the end. That's what it looks like to me.

I believe KrisD13 is right. The flower looks to be a Dahlia. That is a lovely fall Bouquet.

Okay ladies - thank for your help with this! I am finally done with the bouquet. Not sure if I will do one this big again -- they are fun to make, but placing 24 cookies in one bouquet is a lot more difficult than I thought!

PS - picture is in my photos...for some reason I am not able to attach to my post.

Thanks again everyone! icon_biggrin.gif

Which tip did you end up using for the purple flower?

Went with Tugs suggestion and use the rose petal tip. Didn't turn out exactly as I had envisioned, but still like the final result! icon_smile.gif
