Mel I think we would all like to be a trophy wife but I don't think my hubby's going to get that. I think it would be great to be rewed but I don't think my hubby would go for that because he doesn't like to get dressed up and doesn't want anyone to think he's all lovey dovey and sappy. At least that's the way my macho man thinks. icon_lol.gif I guess I know who'll be doing your wedding cake. icon_lol.gif

Well ladies, I finally made this recipe!! But true to my style, i decided to just change one thing since all of ya'll had already raved about the original recipe. icon_razz.gif My change you ask?? icon_confused.gif I decided to put one of the pumpkin spice kisses in the cupcake and let me tell you, they are to die for!! icon_eek.gif I also made the ganache last night for the first time and I LOVE IT. This cuppie gets a 20 on the scale from me!! will definately do it again and ya'll have got to try it this way. (p.s. the kisses were frozen when I stuck them down in the cuppy batter before baking)

On the subject of hubbies and weight...My first husband used to tell me I was fat and ugly, my second husband wouldn't comment either way and then left me for a skinnier girl, and both guys weren't tiny themselves. icon_lol.gif Now I have been dating a skinny, older man for 2 years and he just loves all 200 lbs of me and does not care if a stay this way, but will support me if I try to loose and has even stated he will go walking with me when I get ready to truly make the commitment to lose weight. icon_lol.gif

Hello all!!
I know I'm late on this one, but I spent the last two week baking cupcakes to catch up, and just finished these ones today. icon_biggrin.gif (hope thats ok, better late than never) I loved them, although I had a heck of a time. My oven went on me just as it was heating up, so i had to run them to my moms. I think they had a chance for the pb cup to sink down, and perhaps were over cooked just a bit, so I had a really hard time getting the liner off the bottom of them. I only got 12 cupcakes out of this, 3/4 full.
Oh, should I be putting these ones in the fridge with the ganache?
I have to thank you all thumbs_up.gif I have loved all the cupcakes so far....unfortunately I have grown a bit around the middle too. icon_redface.gif
now for the peach....

Hey y'all, I've been out of town with no internet all weekend... AWFUL!! Not fun at all!

Anyway, I made these again this weekend and tried to make the ganache using the Nestle chips that are half chocolate and half peanut butter... when I whipped it, it got all separated and nasty, just like when I tried to make ganache out of the butterscotch chips! I'm thinking, what's up that none of these things work? I guess you can only use 'real' chocolate! What a frustrating mess! Argh!!

Hi all!
I made these yesterday. I used the BC brownie mix and peanut butter cups. All I can say is they didn't last long. We all liked them.
