Does anyone know how to make fuschia colored icing?

Americolor makes a fuchsia gel. You can also get it by making the amount of icing you need using Deep Pink and then make a small amount of Super Red. Mix the red icing into the pink until you have the color you want. Actually until you almost reach the color you want -- it will deepen with time. HTH!

(If it's not quite right you might want to add a teeny bit of purple. It's more bright reddish pink to me.)

You're welcome. Maybe if you did the monogram in black and added a few RI or fondant flowers in fuchsia?
