I'm doing a doll cake and cupcakes for my 3 year old DD's bday in Feb. We're having a Snow White party. I was thinking of maybe strawberry cupcakes, (not sure on the doll cake) but am open to anything.

Chocolate with mint filling, cherry, or peanut butter filling are faves here

Several months ago I made yellow cake cupcakes filled with chocolate buttercream (made with Hershey's regular cocoa, not the dark) and the person I made them for said the kids loved them.

white cake with the fresh strawberry filling (from CC recipes) is really good and easy. For my oldest dd's b-day last month I made a chocolate cake with cookies & cream filling (from CC recipes), and for my twins' b-day I made a white chocolate cake with white chocolate strawberry mousse.
