Hi I was interested in making this image into something entirely edible



I know how to essentially make everything except the grass? How could I make an edible version of this?

You could pipe individual blades of grass with royal icing and allow them to dry. Then stick them into the cake. I did something similar with this cake. The taller blades are royal, interspersed with shorter buttercream grass. BTW, the buttercream did not weaken the royal at all. That cake sat overnight before it was picked up and not a single blade of royal grass drooped.
