Do you have a per-serving rate? If so calculate the servings and multiply. Add any add'l charges for anything you consider an extra.

I go by the wilton chart ... 1x2x4, which is easy to figure on a square cake ... the 8" wil serve 32 (8 rows by 4 columns) and the 14" will serve 98 (14 rows by 7 columns). Total: 130 servings.
