How do you do a bust of a person? I know you need a picture of them but how do you stack the cake and carve them? Please help!! Thanks.

I have never done one but if I was I would make the cake like building blocks with icing in between each layer. Make it wider and higher than you want the finish cake to be. Then draw out the bust on wax paper and cut it into the shape and use pins to hold it on the cake and carve. Putting icing in between each layer keeps it help together.
