I don't know if this has been posted before, please excuse if it has.
I was looking at one of my favorite cake sites and she has a recipe for truffles using coffee creamer. Of course before it becomes truffles it is ganache.
I am going to try this for a cake filling next week using Internationl Delight White Chocolate Mudslide Creamer.
Anyhow, here is a link to Diane Shavkin's site...lots of goodies for those who have not been to her site. The chocolate covered truffle recipe is about 3/4 down the page.

Diane is one of my favorite people. I can tell you that all the recipes on her site are TNT - tried and true. They are either hers, or have been given to her by someone who has used it.
