Hi. I was wondering if anyone has preserved cookies for decoration with some sort of polyurethane coating or something like it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Our secretary at work gave her dad a 3D cookie I made of a NASCAR driver. He shellacked it. A friend of my sister's also shellacked the 3D nurse cookie I made. I think you can get spray varnish, as I believe that is what was used on the nurse cookie.
