I was wondering who has ordered recently from this company. How long does shipping normally take? I ordered June 1st and haven't even received confimation that it has been shipped yet. I emailed them over the weekend and haven't gotten a response. My order wasn't huge but I ordered about $60 worth of supplies and I need them for a wedding in two weeks. I also ordered from global sugar the same day and got my items right away.

I love this company! I have ordered from them twice, great customer service, competitive prices, and my orders have arrived within 5-7 days.

I would place a call to them tomorrow to check on your order.

I have ordered from them and yes their shipping is rather slow. They do not email you when your order has shipped so you may want to call them and confirm they got your order.

i just ordered from oasis on 6/5/08, and my order was delivered on 6/17/08. i did call to check on my order b/c as previously mentioned, oasis doesn't email you a shipping confirmation, tracking number, etc.
this is just my personal opinion, but i was not very impressed with them. first off, i didn't find their customer service very helpful, and i didn't like that you couldn't track your order. secondly, i ordered a set of square pans (6, 8, 10, 12, 14 inch), but they were out of the 6 inch. however, i didn't find out until i got my order, and the 6 inch wasn't there. finally, the pans i got are not all the same brand (3 fat daddios and one magic line). i understand it's wholesale, but i expected to get the same brand of pan at least.

I placed an order with them on 6/14/08 and am still waiting. I received an invoice via email but that's all. I sent an email yesterday requesting status of my order but have heard nothing and I need my order for a cake next weekend. I probably wont order from them again unless I have a couple of months to wait for the items.
