There is recipe that came with my little Wilton mini cake pans with the filling center. It uses mostly marshmallow cream, but also thawed cool whip and a bit of milk. I need advise on if that requires refrigeration. The customer is going to pick them up right before the party, so I'm wondering if I fill and ice them that morning would they be okay to not refrigerate.
