How much should I charge for a 12" chocolate chip cookie cake?

I figure a minimum of ingredients +15% (if they are standard ingredients, if they are only for one order then they pay for the whole box or bag)

And add on my hourly rate (don't forget the shopping, cleaning, time waiting for it to cook, mixing, and decorating)
