Hi everyone. I've had a request from one of my wedding bookings for tuxedo strawberries for the head table at her reception. I have done the chocolate covered strawberries for previous weddings and charged $1.00 each for those. With more detail going into the tuxedo berries, do you feel that $1.50 each is too much or a fair price? When I figure in the cost of my berries, chocolate, etc., I feel that $18.00/dozen is about average. I just found some for $28.00 per dozen online. Please let me know your thoughts, as I want to provide these at a fair, but marketable and profitable price.

Thanks, as always!

icon_smile.gif Hi there! icon_smile.gif Here in my area, what few decorators do them, as well as caterer's , they are going for $20/dozen. I have a caterer friend.....she said they are a lot of work for her, so she charges accordingly. icon_smile.gif She's a perfectionist too....., they all must be just perfect for her. icon_wink.gif HTH. icon_smile.gif
