I am a newbie just learning about cake decorating,and having a great time by the way,and need to know how much to charge for an 11x15 sheet cake just like the one in my photos (safari animals).Its yellow cake with chocolate filling in half the cake and pineapple filling in the other half.This is for my sister,and she wants to pay me,but I have no idea what to charge. Can anyone give me some idea's please?

It depends on what bakeries (NOT grocery stores or Wal-mart/Costco!) in your area are charging. An 11x15 is 35 standard servings (cut 7x5), and I wouldn't do it for less than $2/serving for a paying customer. However, since it's your sister, you may feel more comfortable charging her ingredients-only or some more nominal fee. More of my thoughts on pricing for friends and family here.
