Need Contract Wording For Accepting A Delivered Cake

I'm delivering a cake today to a restaurant for a gal who ordered from my website. She's in California and I'm in Washington. When I drop off the cake she won't be there so I need some kind of wording on my receipt to have the restaurant sign off that they have accepted the cake in good condition ect. Any suggestions?
