OMG, these cookies are great, crunchy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside.
I did change the recipe up just a bit:
I used a butter pecan cake mix and substituted the 1 cup of chocolate chips with one cup of pecans. I ground the oats to a coarse power, added 1/3 cup of brown sugar (just to make them a little sweeter), baked them for 10 minute, and dusted the warm cookies with power sugar.
Man were they goodâ¦.
