WOW!! Congratulations on a job well done! I would tell you to take a bow, but I wouldn't want you to hit your head on your keyboard... how would you explain the marks???
WOW That's a job well done. and you were worried on how to do it...... Congratulations.
This was soo far over my head I just waited to see the picture of the cake.
I'm so impressed! Never would I have touched this. If someone asked me for something like this I'd probably go into hysterics laughing. Then I'd dry my eyes and have to tell them they're barking up the wrong tree. You did a great job! Like I said, very impressive!
Those of you who figure these things out, you all amaze me!!!!!
That looks great! I could not picture it in my head, but you really pulled it off!
I want to know if you got an airbrush out of the deal!
Hi there..
I'm assuming that your nightmare is to make this a 3D cake. In that case, you will need to build an Infrastructure using some PVC piping.
The legs can be shaped by the piping using the proper "joints" etc and cake or Krispy treat to shape the legs and head, arms and tail. the body of the Dinosaur can actually be the Cake, carved and shaped.
Krispy treats for the face, arms and legs actually enable you to shape and mold easier than cake because it will cut, and compress and mold easier than carving cake.
Hope this helps.
Great Job! thought I'd check in on other responses since I'm dealing with a similar project... I guess I was a bit late with ideas for you...Sorry. Obviously you were in good hands with Doug! Again...Great job!!
AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! RUN AWAY VERY FAST!!!! That's what I'd do.
I couldn't imagine even starting that one. Let us know how it goes.
Daaahhh...tah...dah...tah...daaaaahhh...Doug to the rescue! (Doug you're amazing)
