Does anyone have direct link to the commercial kitchen requiremnts in michigan or even designed commercial kithcen design site.

oh, I love that show..I spent better part of the year watching it in Spanish TV..
It's not the same, but it is..I don't know how they are goigng to transform this Betty.....

the health dept came and met me at the shop even before i rented it to see if it was gonna be ok.
she showed me where the sinks needed to be and gave me the codes and measurements.
then in a few dayd we submitted a rough sketch of the layout back to them for thier approval.
