I went to ICES on the one day $50 pass, and while madly trying to see everything in just a few hours (could still strangle my family for making me late) I zipped by a book, i think it was 8x11 hand bound, anyhow, it was something to the effect of "Fast and Easy Buttercream Sheet Cakes" Some of the cakes were done and in the Gallery. Did anyone else see this? Where can I get it? Should have bought it then , was inexpensive. Want to sharpen my buttercream skills before I really dive into fondant.
