HI all:
First time user of Toba's icing...I found it really runny. My DH and I both checked the recipe twice and re-checked it, and I did it right, but it's awfully runny. I added more PS to it to thicken it up (lots, actually) and it worked, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is it supposed to be color flow consistency (count to 10 to disappear)?

Another question: will my cookies soften and break if I bag them? I've had that happen in the past. I will just have to hang myself if these cookies I've slaved over fall to pieces.

Thanks!!! icon_smile.gif

It should be more fluid than your outline icing but not so much that it runs off your cookies.

Toba's glaze takes longer to dry than Antonia74's RI but you can certainly stack and bag them after 24 hours (maybe longer on humid/rainy days)
