I have several sizes of silver cake plateaus that I rent to my brides. I guess it depends on the going rate of rentals in your area, and what you've paid for them. I charge anywhere from $25-$40, depending on the size. After a couple rentals, they've paid for the themselves! I always charge a hefty deposit, so I make sure I get it back!

I rent for $25 each and require a credit card to do it. If they don't return the stand, they get charged for the whole amount.
