I need an icing that I can pour. My cake is pumpkin spice. I've actually made little pumpkins using a mini bundt pan and I want an icing I can make that is quick and simple that I can pour over the cakes and that will firm or harden fairly quickly.

Any ideas? I also have some pumpkin spice creamer I would like to incorporate that into my icing.

BTW I have to have these tomorrow morning. Last minute I know, but I have not been able to get on CC until this afternoon.

Thanks !
Leslie

If you do a search for poured fondant it will come up with a wilton recipe. You could also use Toba's Glaze, I don't see why that wouldn't work.
